Seasonal discounts for this package: take $200 off quoted prices if your event is held June 1 through August 31 (summer discount) or November 15 through February 15 (winter discount).
- Facility use for 5 event hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., plus one hour for decorating, setup and dressing, for a total of 6 consecutive hours.
- Both packages include use of multi-purpose room across from the bar.
- Additional hours for decorating and dressing may be purchased at $75 per half-hour.
- Includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. You must provide your own for more than 200.
- Does not include use of caterer's port, bride's room, groom's room, children's dressing/activity room, kitchen, linens, silverware, or dishes.
- You must set up and clean up. Requires a $500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit which is separate from the base rental charge.
- Full bar is available.
- NOTE: Arizona state law [A.R.S. 4-244(39)] prohibits customers from bringing alcohol to any licensed establishment. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED.
